Can I try before I pay?Yes. The free plan is free forever, including the discovery tools and a passport preview. Upgrade only when the coach and the full passport would help.

Can I cancel any time?Yes. Premium is month to month, and you can cancel whenever you like. Annual billing simply costs less per month.

Is my child's information private?Yes. You own your family's data, it is never sold, and you can export or delete it at any time. X-Kids follows Singapore's PDPA.

Does X-Kids diagnose my child?No. X-Kids is about discovery, reflection and fit, using warm language like interests and strengths, never labels or diagnoses. Anything that needs a professional is pointed there.
